Why yahoo gone down in the stock market????

Go to yahoo news and type in “yahoo closeing “. they will tell you that all week yahoo have been going down in the stock market and on top of that mirosoft is trying to buy them out, but yahoo want to stay independent. Do this have anything to do with the network being down?? Is yahoo really bout to let the messager go?? Are we ready to say good bye to many years of yahoo???
